At African Treasure Tours, we make booking simple and transparent

Payment Schedule

  • A $100 per person initial deposit is required to confirm your tour
  • 25% of the total cost is due six weeks before your tour begins
  • The remaining balance can be paid on the first day of the tour

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations more than 30 days in advance receive a full refund minus a $100 cancellation fee and any applicable bank transfer or card fees
  • Once a tour is confirmed, we guarantee departure, regardless of group size — we never cancel due to limited participants
  • If you need to reschedule or cancel, our flexible payment and refund policy allows easy adjustments
  • Please contact our team for any special arrangements or questions about payments
